Fort Medical Group and Fort HealthCare Internal Medicine & Pediatrics are pleased to welcome two new pediatricians to its team of providers. Prerna Sinha, MD and Sleem F’Guyer, MD join Julia Dewey, MD, Katherine Lemon, MD, Donald Williams, MD, Amber Heuss, APNP, and Heidi Jennrich, APNP, as they care for area patients.
Sinha obtained her medical degree from GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, India and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ. She comes to Fort HealthCare from Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin/MCW where she served as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics. Dr. Sinha is board certified and provides general pediatrics care with an interest in academic medicine/teaching and newborn medicine.
F’Guyer earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin-School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago Hospital, graduating with a specialty in pediatrics. He is board certified and comes to Fort HealthCare with a diverse background in pediatrics, most recently as a volunteer working with pediatric Libyan refugees in Tunisia.

Fort HealthCare Integrated Family Care and the pediatricians of Fort HealthCare Internal Medicine & Pediatrics are hosting a family open house event for the public on Saturday, October 6 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The open house will be held at both locations – 426 and 500 McMillen Street in Fort Atkinson. Meet the doctors and nurses of the clinics and enjoy refreshments and complimentary information and giveaways. The clinics will also be giving away coupons to Busy Barns Adventure Farm in Fort Atkinson. Stop by the open house for food and fun before heading out to the pumpkin farm for the day.
