Fort HealthCare Lake Mills Clinic and Therapy & Sport Center Open House

LAKE MILLS–The Fort Healthcare Lake Mills Clinic and Fort Healthcare Lake Mills Therapy & Sport Center will be hosting an open house event for the public on Saturday, November 10, 2012 between 11a.m. and 1 p.m. The open house will be held at the clinic, located at 200 East Tyranena Park Road in Lake Mills. This is a great opportunity to meet the doctors, nurses, and therapists and receive information about services offered. There will also be free blood pressure screenings, along with giveaways and a grand prize drawing. The clinics will also be providing free food and refreshments for all that attend.

The Lake Mills Clinic recently welcomed three new providers. Frederick Kron, MD, Jennifer Philbin, MD, and Family Nurse Practitioner, Noelle Van de Kreeke join Wahab Kazi, MD and James Wishau, MD.

Dr. Kron received his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine, Washington, D.C., and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. In addition to Family Medicine, his 30-year medical career includes training in Radiology, Internal Medicine and Flight Medicine. Special areas of interest are physician-patient communications and the patient experience.

Dr. Philbin received her medical degree from the University of Illinois-College of Medicine and
completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Illinois/Illinois Masonic Family Medicine Residency. She also completed a Primary Care Faculty Development Fellowship with the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.  Dr. Philbin provides the full scope of Family Medicine, from newborns to geriatrics, with a particular interest in early childhood development and women’s health.

Noelle Van De Kreeke has extensive nursing experience in Orthopedics, Neurology, Oncology, Gynecology and other areas of adult medicine. She received her nursing degree at the University of Wisconsin- Madison and most recently, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. Noelle cares for patients of all ages.
