e+Care to Improve Patient Access and Convenience
Fort HealthCare announces the launch of e+Care – an online diagnosis and treatment service that provides residents of Wisconsin convenient access to care by connecting them virtually with trusted local Fort HealthCare providers. e+Care facilitates care delivery through evidence-based online adaptive interviews, where patients can now seek care for certain conditions from their smartphones, tablets or computers.

After logging on to FortHealthCare.com/e-care, patients complete a brief online interview through which they enter their symptoms and health history information. Once a patient’s symptoms are entered, a Fort HealthCare provider will review the interview results and then respond with a diagnosis and treatment plan. If medication is appropriate, prescriptions will be sent to the customer’s preferred pharmacy for pick-up.
Patients can access e+Care at any time of day, with providers responding within one hour between the hours of 7 am – 7 pm, 7 days a week. Patients can be treated virtually for many common health conditions– all for a low fee payable by credit, debit or health savings card.
To launch e+Care Fort HealthCare partnered with Zipnosis, a virtual care technology company that helps leading health systems provide online access to healthcare services, meeting the needs of patients while improving access to care and maximizing clinical capacity.
