Fort HealthCare Partners share Love Lights proceeds

Monday, February 3, 2014

Every year, the Fort HealthCare Partners Association raises a significant amount of funds through the Love Light Tree Campaign. The campaign for 2013 resulted in gifts from the community totaling $25,000, which in turn, funds important programs and activities at Fort HealthCare. Proceeds from the campaign will allow for the purchase of a NuStep recumbent cross trainer by the Cardiopulmonary Rehab department and forty new training manikins to be used in the Fort HealthCare AHA Training Center and Simulation Laboratory.

Shown in the photo are Partners and Training Center staff standing behind the newly acquired training manikins. From left to right are Bob Smith, President, Don Hoffman, Manikin Maintenance Chair, Bob Aulik, Love Light Committee member, Deb O’Hay, RN, MSN(Ed)/MHA, CEN, Educational Services Coordinator, Corinna Bindrim, EMT-Intermediate, AHA Training Center Coordinator, Kari Behling, Manager, Fort HealthCare Partners and Henry Malo, Partners board member. Persons interested in CPR and related classes in the Training Center can call (920) 568-5248 or visit www.FortHealthCare.com/classes.
