Fort HealthCare Welcomes Family Nurse Practitioner Fawn Bingham, FNP-BC

Fort HealthCare is pleased to welcome a new family nurse practitioner to its team of providers. Fawn Bingham, FNP-BC joins the expert team of providers at the Fort HealthCare Internal Medicine & Pediatrics clinic located at 500 McMillen Street in Fort Atkinson.
Fawn received her training at Marquette University and at Alverno College, both in Milwaukee. She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Fawn’s goal for providing high quality patient and family centered care is to work together with her patients and their families to improve their quality of life and optimize their health. “I am passionate about preventive care and helping people achieve a healthy lifestyle.”
Fawn chose to become a Family Nurse Practitioner because she enjoys caring for people through all stages in their life. She sees patients of all ages – from children to older adults – with a special interest in women’s health and helping all of her patients live healthy lifestyles. “I pride myself on working hard to ensure I provide the best possible treatments and education for my patients.”
“In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my Olde English Bulldog, Lola. I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, exercising, gardening, and home improvement projects. I love to do new and challenging activities and continue to learn on a daily basis.”
