Wednesday, April 8, 2020

**PLEASE READ: COVID-19 CLINIC SAFETY MEASURES**

Fort HealthCare has established a COVID-19 Hotline at (920) 648-7696 for answers to your questions, to learn about virtual health (e+CARE) visits, our walk-in clinic, current hospital visitation guidelines, and more.

In addition, Fort HealthCare has added guidance on wearing cloth face covers. Recently the State Department of Health Services released updated guidance on wearing cloth face covers during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This guidance should help answer some common questions that people may have regarding if, and when, they should wear a cloth face cover. Please note, cloth face covers are not a substitute for physical distancing and handwashing. Attached is Fort HealthCare’s Cloth Face Covering Guidance, as well as an acceptable pattern for sewing cloth face covers. All of these items can be found on the Fort HealthCare website at FortHealthCare.com/COVID19.

We continue to urge everyone to practice the “Safer at Home” conditions, we are doing very well as a community and should be very proud of ourselves. We would like to thank the community for all the efforts we are seeing all around us.
