Fort Memorial Hospital receives 5 Star rating from CMS

Fort HealthCare is proud to share that Fort Memorial Hospital, Fort Atkinson, WI was named one of only 293 hospitals (out of 4,500 hospitals that participate) in the nation to achieve overall 5-Star ranking in the Medicare Hospital Compare performance measure. The more stars earned the better a hospital performed on quality measures. Three stars is the most common rating for a hospital according to Medicare. Fort Memorial Hospital received the highest possible rating of 5-Stars.
