Fort Memorial Hospital Recognized as a Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital by The Chartis Center for Rural Health

FORT ATKINSON – Fort Memorial Hospital in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, today announced it has been named as a 2025 Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital by The Chartis Center for Rural Health. This annual Top 100 award program honors outstanding performance among the nation’s rural hospitals based on the results of the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX®. In Wisconsin, only four rural hospitals have been awarded this esteemed distinction.
