Fort HealthCare Business Health at Fort Memorial Hospital will present a drug and alcohol training seminar that is mandatory for supervisors and owner/operators of commercial motor vehicles. The seminar, which will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Fort Memorial Hospital, is a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Department of Transportation compliance seminar offered to the local business community.

Supervisors of CDL holders are required to have training on the behavioral, physical, speech and performance indicators of controlled substance and alcohol misuse, so that they can more accurately identify it in the CDL drivers they oversee.
Fort HealthCare Business Health offers this seminar as a convenience to CDL drivers and supervisors in the Fort Atkinson area. Pre-registration on or before Friday, May 13 is required. The cost of the seminar is $75/person. However, discounts are offered for Business Health customers ($60) and Business Health Consortium members ($52). Continental breakfast will be provided.
