Orthopaedic Associates Welcomes Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Peter Deol

Fort Healthcare Orthopaedic Associates is pleased to announce that Dr. Peter Deol, a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot, ankle, and lower leg conditions, has joined the practice and is now accepting new patients.  He will join the practice with Drs. Paul Schuppner, Isidoro Zambrano and Matthew Bliss.  Dr Deol will serve patients in Fort Atkinson in addition to the Whitewater and Jefferson Clinics.

With more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Deol brings advanced expertise in orthopedic surgery, foot and ankle reconstruction, trauma care, and joint replacement. He is committed to helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most.

Dr. Deol earned his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at South Pointe Hospital/Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland, Ohio, and went on to complete a prestigious Foot & Ankle Reconstruction Fellowship at the Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center (OFAC) in Columbus, Ohio.

As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Deol combines extensive surgical training with a holistic, patient-centered approach to care. His practice encompasses patients of all ages and activity levels, with a focus on athletic injuries, fractures and trauma, joint replacement, reconstruction, and complex foot and ankle conditions.

Throughout his career, Dr. Deol has performed hundreds of joint replacement procedures and has extensive experience utilizing advanced technologies.

“Each patient has unique goals, expectations and hopes when they present for evaluation,” said Dr. Deol. “My job is to listen to what each of them has to say and identify the treatment plan that has the best opportunity to fulfill those needs—in whatever manner is most efficient in getting them back to the things they enjoy.”

Outside of work, Dr. Deol enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. He stays active through skiing, golf, tennis, mountain biking, and hiking.  Dr Deol is excited to be part of the Jefferson County community and all it has to offer.
