Fort HealthCare is embarking on a Community Needs Assessment to identify the pressing health concerns that exist within the region. As part of the comprehensive survey process, survey takers will go door-to-door beginning Wednesday, June 1 in an effort to gather 400 completed questionnaires. We believe it is critical that the public be aware of this survey so they are more receptive to completing the questionnaires. I would very much appreciate your publishing this press release in the next edition of your newspaper, radio broadcast or newsletter. A second, more comprehensive release on the importance of the Community Needs Assessment will follow. Kindly run that release early in the week of May 30th.
