Women Who CARE held a luncheon at Fort HealthCare on St. Patrick’s Day. Amy Podmolik, a registered dietician and certified diabetes educator, gave a presentation about the impact of circadian rhythms on weight management. She emphasized the importance of a good breakfast, a balanced lunch and lowering intake in the evening as the most successful way to manage your weight. A festive lunch featuring a healthy green pea soup and lobster salad was served by Chef Colleen McGinn.
