At Fort HealthCare, we believe exceptional healthcare goes beyond clinical excellence—it includes if specific aspects were addressed consistently for our patients’ experience and how patients feel about their care. The patient experience includes every interaction, from scheduling and communication to emotional support and respect for individual needs.
What Is Patient Experience?
The patient experience reflects if we covered specific details during your care and how you feel about the care and treatment you received from us, including but not limited to:
- Ease of scheduling appointments and accessing services
- How well the staff talked and listened to you
- If you felt safe, comfortable, and respected
- If we answered your questions and took care of your needs and concerns
- Clean facilities
- How your overall visit went
- If you would tell family and friends to come to Fort HealthCare
Your feedback helps us:
- Understand what we are doing well
- Identify ways we can improve
- Ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality, compassionate care
