Caitlin Fleming, MD, MBA, FAAP is passionate about pediatrics because she finds joy in helping children feel better and watching them overcome challenges with bravery and enthusiasm. By understanding each patient’s needs and involving their families in the decision-making process, Dr. Fleming works collaboratively to improve their well-being.

Dr. Fleming specializes in general pediatrics, focusing on providing the best care for children of all ages. Her goal is to make a positive impact on each child’s life and help them grow into healthy, happy individuals.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Dr. Fleming enjoys drawing and painting, including creating medical illustrations. She cherishes spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved Pomeranian, Lexi. Dr. Fleming also has a passion for singing and baking, especially chocolate chip cookies.
