Carl Selvick, PharmD, MBA is the Senior Director of Clinical Services at Fort HealthCare. He received a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2012 and a Master’s degree in Business Administration-Healthcare Administration from Concordia University Wisconsin. His prior leadership experience includes management positions in specialty and retail pharmacy. Carl became director of pharmacy for Fort HealthCare in 2015. He has recently started a PGY1 joint residency program that is partnered with UW Health. He maintains memberships in American Society of Health-System Pharmacist, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin.
Carl’s practice interests include transitions of care, specialty pharmacy, and implementing expansive pharmacy services to help reduce the overall costs of healthcare. He is actively involved in the pharmacy community and enjoys serving as a preceptor for advanced practice pharmacy students and PGY1 pharmacy practice residents. In his free time he enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, weight lifting, and spending time with his wife and family.
