About Erin

Erin joined Fort Health Care in 2019, dedicated to initiating our Comprehensive Care Management program. Prior to working at Fort, Erin work for UW Health for 15 years as a Nurse Clinician in gynecology, urology, plastics and ENT. She also worked in the Outpatient Surgery Center as a RN team leader.

Personal Interests

Erin keeps busy at home, raising her 2 children. You can find her spending time outdoors gardening or attending her children’s sporting events. She loves to play tennis and competed competitively in college.
