The Fort Therapy & Sport Center provides personalized, empathetic care, close to home. We have an eclectic team of professional therapists on staff including athletic trainers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists who will work individually with you to achieve goals that are meaningful to you throughout your recovery.
We believe the best rehabilitation happens when we are able to coordinate care between all members of your healthcare team and will strive to ensure this through communication with physicians and patients throughout the therapy process. When you choose the Fort Therapy & Sport Center, you can be confident you are receiving quality care close to where you work and live.
At the Fort Therapy & Sport Center we offer a number of specialty services including vertigo care, sports analysis, and dry needling to name a few. In addition, we host a number of clinics for specialized care including Work Hardening, Men’s and Women’s Health care, massage therapy, and the Center for Hand Care.
