Dr. Winter believes that the doctor-patient relationship is a partnership. Through education and support, she wants her patients to be proactive in their own health and comfortable with the decisions that are made. “I listen closely to my patients concerns.” Dr. Winter enjoys caring for the whole family and appreciates the opportunity to be part of the family dynamic. She will work with patients to create a treatment plan that is both evidence-based and right for each individual patient. “I love being a part of patient’s lives, creating a comfortable and open office setting, so that they can make good health care decisions for an active and healthy lifestyle.”

“I love to bike! Playing cards, baking, hiking in Wisconsin state parks, exploring nature with my kids. I have two children, who add light to my life, keep me humble and remind me every day how lucky I am.”
