Clinical Practice
Peggy is an occupational therapist assistant at the Fort Atkinson Therapy & Sport Center. She has a special interest in working with geriatric and developmental orthopedic patients, ergonomics and pediatrics. Mostly, she enjoys helping people. “I enjoy meeting new people and assisting them in returning to their previous abilities. Each person is unique in the way we need to address their concerns; either by adapting the way they complete tasks or adapting the tasks to allow that person to enjoy them. No matter what they want to get back to – gardening, cooking, playing with kids, fishing – it’s that challenge that motivates me to help them return to the things they love.”
Personal Interests
Peggy enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and volunteering in her community. “In my spare time I enjoy playing with the dog and cat, biking, walking the local parks, kayaking, skiing, going to the lake, gardening, helping with events in our community and being with family and friends.”
