Rachel is a family nurse practitioner seeing patients in the primary care setting. She enjoys providing care on behalf of Fort HealthCare because of its strong community presence. “I am passionate about preventative medicine and wanted to be a part of an organization that not only values illness management, but strives toward sustaining wellness. I am excited to be a part of the team working to create the healthiest communities in Wisconsin.”

She views the practice of medicine as a partnership between provider and patient. “It is my job to present treatment options based on the best evidence and to help people develop a plan that considers their current lifestyle and goals. I also encourage all of my patients to become knowledgeable about their health and I am happy to answer their questions.”

Personal Note

“In my spare time, I enjoy spending my free time outside, especially running, hiking, and swimming. I like participating in running and triathlon events as a way to explore new places. I also enjoy traveling, cooking, and reading.”
