Tony’s Profession

Tony Knutson is a clinical pharmacist at Fort HealthCare. Tony graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, School of Pharmacy in May 2020 and completed his PGY1 residency at Fort HealthCare. Most recently, Tony became a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist in July of 2022. In his most recent role, Tony is growing the primary care pharmacy service line at Fort HealthCare, working directly with primary care providers and staff to improve guideline directed medication access to patients in the community. He maintains membership in the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin, and Wisconsin Pharmacy Quality Collaborative.

Tony’s Interest

Although early in his career, Tony has a strong passion for improving the transitions of care across a patients healthcare experience. Fort HealthCare’s dedication to improving the health of their community motivates Tony to find new ways to help patient’s meet their health goals. Tony is also an avid fitness enthusiast and stays active through CrossFit, hiking, and playing softball. He also enjoys watching people reach their fitness goals through coaching Olympic lifting.
