With a family-centered approach, He is committed to partnering with families to support children’s health at every stage from infancy through adolescence.

“As a teenager, I was diagnosed with cancer and endured multiple months of chemotherapy. My pediatrician at the time caught my symptoms early and referred me to Pediatric Oncology but remained an integral part of my healthcare team. This experience was instrumental in my decision to choose Pediatrics as a medical specialty”, said Dr. Woods. “My philosophy is to be my patients advocate, listen, encourage questions, and speak in terms families can understand.”
