Ingredients

2 cups diced white meat of chicken
2 apples, diced
1 cup pineapple chunks
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

1) Toss all the ingredients together. Spoon our individual portions onto salad greens.
