Ingredients
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
1 tablespoon brewer’s yeast
1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
1) Heat molasses to the boiling point, add sugar and margarine. Mix all dry ingredients together. Stir in molasses mixture. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheets 1/2 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until firm.
