The Heart Failure Clinic is a free program funded by Fort HealthCare and a grant from The Alliance Provider Quality Investment Fund in 2003. The clinic is staffed with registered nurses trained in critical care. A physician who specializes in internal medicine serves as the advisor. The goal of the heart failure clinic is to provide support to patients to be as independent and active as possible.
