Work with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals over a period of 6 months to help you make lifestyle changes with the ultimate goal of living a healthy life and achieving weight loss. Work with your Primary Care Provider, a dietitian, and an athletic trainer on a regular basis to develop a plan and work with you to help you reach your goals and keep you accountable for your actions.

Minimally-invasive weight loss surgery that can help bring health to morbidly obese individuals for whom traditional diet and exercise has not worked.
