Vendor Sign In and Badge Pickup sites are located at:

• The Hospital Main Entrance accessed from Armenia Street along the west side of Fort Memorial Hospital.
• The Ambulatory Services entrance is accessed from McMillen Street along the east side of Fort Memorial Hospital.

Vendors should direct shippers to the loading dock at the Materials Management Department also accessed from McMillen Street along the east side of Fort Memorial Hospital.

Receiving Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Saturday deliveries may be delivered to the front lobby desk.
