To log at least 150 minutes of physical activity each week, as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention – walking, biking, swimming, and even gardening – whatever activity you choose, as long as it gets your heart pumping.
August 24th-September 30th – Pre-registration is open for NEW players. Continue scrolling to fill out pre-registration form.
September 8th-October 5th – Sign-up is open on the Cerner dashboard for ALL players. A one-week grace period is available for late sign-up after challenge begins.
September 29th – Challenge begins!
