Please join us virtually while Kristin Baird, a nationally recognized thought leader in the patient experience, healthcare culture change, leadership development and employee engagement, discusses “Women and Resiliency”. 2020 was a difficult year for all of us, as women we wear many hats and we are resilient, but it isn’t always easy.
Kristin Baird’s Biography- A nurse and former hospital executive, she is now a full time consultant, author and speaker. Her online, instructor-led course, Be the Leader Nobody Wants to Leave, is elevating healthcare leadership with applicable content and coaching. As founder of Baird Group, she and her team helps transform the healthcare experience through culture assessment, medical mystery shopping, leadership development, employee engagement and customer service skill development. Baird’s Model for culture transformation guides healthcare leaders in shaping a clear vision with tangible actions. She has authored five books and over 200 articles on healthcare leadership, culture and patient experience. In 2009, she was appointed by the Secretary of Health to serve as an advisor for the National Health Service Corps. She received the Wisconsin Public Relations and Marketing Society Award of Professional Excellence in 2009.
Her specialties include: Culture assessment, culture change, retention strategies, leadership development, coaching, customer service training, employee engagement, service recovery, focus groups, culture improvement, physician shadow/coaching.
