Dr. Bruno has dedicated his practice to recommending the best surgical and non-surgical treatment plans for his patients. Through pre-operative counseling, healthy lifestyle recommendations and careful post-operative follow-up, he strives to minimize the difficulties faced by his patients. Dr. Bruno provides fracture care, sports medicine care and joint replacement surgery, with a special interest in wrist, hand, foot and ankle reconstructive surgery.

James Bruno, M.D. received his bachelor's degree in biology from Lawrence University in 1981. He attended the University of Wisconsin Medical School, graduating with high honors in 1985, and completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at SUNY Health Science Center, New York. Dr. Bruno is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
