At the Whitewater clinic we firmly believe in healthcare based on partnership: between Fort HealthCare and the communities we serve, as well as partnership between doctor and patient. That’s why we strive to involve patients and their families in maintaining good health that lasts a lifetime. We’re committed to the health of our communities, and we’re always here to listen, understand and respond to your healthcare concerns.

The Fort HealthCare Whitewater Clinic provides primary care and other medical specialties bringing comprehensive healthcare for each member of the family, over the course of their lifetimes, close to home.

At Fort HealthCare, our physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners emphasize preventive medicine and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to help you and your family live healthy, happy lives through prevention and education, as well as medical intervention at times of illness.

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
