- 12K Walk/Run in-person start time 9:00am
About the Frosty Rock Challenge
The Frosty Rock Challenge began in 2013, and was initially started as a way to bring like-minded runners and walkers together to have an organized event to compete in, and to also serve as a Marketing tool for Fort HealthCare’s Mission statement, which is “[To] Improve the health and well-being of our community“. During this time, the Frosty Rock event grew and incorporated a philanthropic spirit with donating proceeds of the event to various funds/organizations such as Tomorrow’s Hope, Jefferson County Cancer Coalition, and the Fort HealthCare Foundation.
The race and festivities are being hosted at the Fort Atkinson High School (925 Lexington Blvd.) and in honor of Veterans Day on November 11th, veterans can participate in the run/walk for FREE this year.
For 2024, Fort HealthCare is pleased to announce that the Fort Atkinson Rotary Club has taken over the Frosty Rock race and will continue to provide a fantastic race day experience. The proceeds from Frosty Rock will go towards varying community projects both local and international.
