Resources and Information
We have collected some helpful resources and information. We believe that best practices, good communication, and taking the time to review important health information with our patients are foundations for great care and essential for an optimal recovery. We encourage you to discuss any concerns you have with your primary care provider.
Below are some additional resources for your consideration. Many have been provided by other health and wellness-focused organizations that we partner with throughout our service area.
