Born from the dedication of a community looking out for one another, the Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital Association was formed in 1942, with the promise of ensuring the well-being of their neighbors returning from war. In 1950, after overcoming wartime delays and material shortages, the doors opened to a new chapter, and the hospital emerged as a testament to the community’s unwavering spirit.
Today, Fort HealthCare is more than a hospital; it’s the realization of the promise made years ago. A promise to you, the heart of our community. With a wide range of medical services, including primary care, surgical care, wellness programs and more, we’re here to deliver a comprehensive suite of world-class services tailored just for YOU.
