Nursing Services Philosophy

The Nursing Services division directs standards of practice through a Shared Governance model where front-line nurses have the ability to make a difference in process; guiding teams in safe, evidence-based, and high-quality patient-centered care.

Continuing Education
If you are a Wisconsin nurse looking to complete your BSN degree, get connected to the variety of BSN completion programs available to Wisconsin nurses. This site is provided and funded by the Wisconsin Hospital Association and the WHA Foundation as a benefit to Wisconsin hospitals and the nurses employed there, providing them one, online location to learn more about each of the programs that recruit and enroll nurses from Wisconsin.
Nurse Residency Program
This program is a benefit to nurses already employed by Fort HealthCare. New graduate nurses will be admitted into the residency program upon acceptance of position.
