We are pleased to provide you with an exciting way for you to manage and monitor your and your family's health and wellness, here, there and virtually anywhere you have access online. It's MyCompass from Fort HealthCare, the free, easy, convenient and secure way for you to schedule appointments, request prescription refills, review test results and do much more!
Via our partnership with Cerner Health utilizing more than 55 Cerner® Solutions, your medical history is now secured as a comprehensive electronic health record available to your doctor and clinicians across all Fort HealthCare locations. With your password, MyCompass allows you to access, from any computer or mobile device, your most important health information - easily, immediately and accurately.
With MyCompass, many of your and your family's health communications and needs can be accomplished easily online: from scheduling appointments, to reviewing many test results, to refilling prescriptions and much more.
Invitations to become participants in MyCompass will occur when you visit your Fort Medical Group physician or Fort HealthCare service. Please be sure to bring along your photo ID. After registering to become a participant, you’ll receive a temporary PIN (Personal Identification Number). Then, you’ll receive an email requesting your confirmation and the opportunity to create a secure, individualized, personal login. Once logged in, patients can exchange health-related messages in this secure setting with their providers.

- General Messaging to Providers
- Medication Refill Requests
- Review of Most Laboratory Results from Recent Clinic and Hospital Visits (may take 72 hours or more for the results to be available to you), including the Emergency Department
- Review of Immunization History, Allergies and Health History
- Review of Discharge Instructions
- Review of Clinical Summaries as Written by Providers
What Results Can I See on MyCompass?
Most clinical results may be viewed from anywhere there is internet access. Medical information from before August 1, 2011 is stored in your electronic medical record, but may not be available in MyCompass.
Providers have up to 72 hours to review and release test results to MyCompass. Results are released automatically at 72 hours. Results for HIV, STD, Pregnancy, Pathology, Radiology and testing for cancer related conditions are not provided in MyCompass. Providers will inform patients of these clinical results personally.
Information specific to your most recent medical care is transferred from the Fort HealthCare electronic medical records system into MyCompass. You’ll find this information in My Discharge Documents and My Clinical Summary.
MyCompass Patient Portal will offer exceptional value and convenience to Fort HealthCare patients. Imagine how much time you'll save by eliminating the phone tag that seems to be prevalent in today’s healthcare. You’ll be able to manage the healthcare of minor dependents. And soon, you'll be able to schedule a variety of routine appointments directly online via MyCompass.
