This course is designed to meet OSHA requirements and covers first aid basics and CPR and AED skills for adults, children, and infants.  This course will teach you to recognize cardiac arrest, get emergency care on the way quickly, and help a person until more advanced care arrives to take over. The course also covers adult choking and naloxone.  Designed to meet OSHA regulations, this course covers first aid basics, consisting of the most common life-threatening emergencies, how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills.

This class is offered on Saturdays from 8:30am until 3:30pm or on two Wednesday evenings, two weeks apart from 6-9:30pm.

Course cards will be emailed within 7 business days of successful completion of the class.  You will receive an email from The American Heart Association, open the email, click the link, and follow the prompts to claim your eCard.  Card is valid for two years.
