This requires that entry to the Fort HealthCare Business Office, the Cashier’s Office and the Patient Financial Advocate’s Office will be limited. All individuals who need to meet with staff in these locations will be screened with key COVID-19 assessment questions to determine if entry is determined to be safe. Our top priority is to provide the safest possible environment for patients and team members. If you are experiencing a fever, cough or shortness of breath please contact your primary care provider in advance of visiting or you can do a virtual health visit at e+CARE to screen for COVID-19.
We understand the Coronavirus is impacting the livelihood of many people in our community. Consequently, we are adjusting our collection processes to accommodate for individual circumstances. We ask is that if you are able to make a payment, that this would very much help us to continue our work to address the health care needs of our community. Our Business Services Department is designed to help patients who want to a make a payment or have questions about on their account. As a convenience to patients, we offer two locations to better serve you. Our main office location shown above and the Cashier Office at the Fort Memorial Hospital.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Fort HealthCare is proud of our mission to improve the health and well-being of our community. We understand that concern over a hospital bill should never get in the way of a patient receiving good health care. While we expect patients to contribute to the cost of their care, we do take into account each individual’s ability to pay. Our goal is to work with you to arrange a manageable payment plan.
Fort HealthCare offers two financial aid options to patients who meet our income, asset an need criteria. These are:
The Self Pay Discount is a discount of up to 48 percent on your health care charges. Community Care is a partial or complete write-off of all outstanding charges.
Our Patient Financial Advocate provides information on local, state and federal programs to assist patients with their financial situations. Fort HealthCare’s online payment service allows you to securely submit payments for both Fort Medical Group and Fort Memorial Hospital. By using your credit or debit card making a payment can now be more efficient and done 24 hours a day. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Once you have completed your payment, please be sure to print a copy of the payment transaction for your records. Most payments are posted to accounts within 2 business days of payment.
