We are pleased to announce our online diagnosis and treatment service – Fort HealthCare e+Care! E+Care provides you convenient access to care by connecting you virtually with a trusted Fort HealthCare provider. You can use this service from any computer, tablet, phone, or other mobile device.

Your visit begins by creating an online account and then completing a series of questions about your condition. Once you create your account, you will only need to remember your login information for the next time.

Access virtual care:

While not every health problem can be treated through a virtual visit, for the conditions we can treat this way, we are able to respond to your needs in an hour or less with a diagnosis and treatment plan. If medication is appropriate, prescriptions will be sent to your preferred pharmacy for pick-up.

Many common health conditions can be treated through an e+Care visit – including colds and the flu, pink eye, and several others. A complete list is available when you access virtual care.

You will be able to access Fort HealthCare e+Care at any time of the day, with our providers responding within an hour during their extended hours of operation: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., seven days a week. All visits will be provided for $25.00 – payable by credit, debit, or health savings card. No insurance required.

Video Visits are billed to insurance just like an office visit. With a Video Visit, you can select the provider you want to have your appointment with at a time that works for you. Video Visits are great options for a variety of conditions and some types of follow-up visits. Call your primary care provider’s office to schedule a Video Visit.
