We’re seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist!

We’re searching for an Otolaryngologist to join our experienced team at Fort HealthCare Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists. Become a part of a busy practice that has a strong referral base but still gives you the important work-life balance that you need. For this specialty, you don’t need to reside in our service area in order to be a part of our system.

Position highlights:

  • Competitive base salary with guaranteed income level for the first two years.
  • Ample opportunity for a production-based bonus with income into the 75th to 90th percentile.
  • Full-time; Four to five days of direct patient care including at least one surgery day.
  • Join a two-surgeon and one physician assistant practice.
  • Comprehensive Otolaryngology care. Practice includes full allergy care and two Audiologists.
  • Office includes a balloon sinuplasty suite and procedure room.
  • Our ENT surgeons average between 20-26 outpatient visits daily and approximately 300 surgeries per year.
  • Access to ENT sub-specialists in nearby cities of Madison or Milwaukee.
  • Grow your  practice the way you want to, without having to worry about the challenges that go along with managing an independent practice.
