Liz has over 17 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working alongside individuals across their lifespans. She believes in taking a non-judgmental and strength-based approach. Liz is a solution-focused therapist who also utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy. She specializes in depression/anxiety disorders, eating disorders, perinatal/postpartum depression and women’s issues. Liz has specialized training in those effected by trauma and has certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Personal Interests
In her free time, Liz enjoys taking vacations with her family, camping, kayaking and hiking.
