“What’s not to like about kids? They are always interested in learning about themselves, and the world. They are constantly exploring themselves, taking in ideas, and using new information to create the adults they will become. And they often listen better when information comes from people other than their parents. I love seeing the world through their eyes and being a part of their lives. I learn so much from them.”

Dr. Guzman speaks both English and Spanish. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics, and a Fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Personal Interests

“Just as I like helping to grow children, I love to garden. Fall may be my favorite season, but near the end of a long winter, I can be found buried in seed catalogues and gardening magazines. I play piano and guitar, and sing – like no one is listening; because I have been asked by my children NOT to sing!”
