Tanya Geiger, PT

Physical Therapist

Clinical Practice

Tanya works with a variety of patients, and has a special interest in vestibular rehab, neurologic issues, general overuse injuries, children, and athletes. She is trained in advanced functional dry needling for orthopedic dysfunction as well as for specialized diagnosis including cervicogenic dizziness. She was drawn to this career because of the ability to teach people how to help themselves through a hands-on approach. “As therapists, we have the opportunity to spend time with patients to listen to their problems and figure out what is going on. When we can fix their problems and ailments– that is the most rewarding part.”

Personal Interests

Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She has a fond appreciate for the outdoors where she bikes, runs, and hikes during her free time. “I have taken a specific interest in wellness and nutrition as a means to prevent the chronic disease processes that often impact people’s function and quality of life. I like to integrate education into this throughout our sessions in order to allow patients to take a more active role in their health and wellbeing.”
