2 cups shredded raw carrots
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice


1) Scrub the carrots, scrape them and shred to make 2 cups. Combine with the raisins.

2) Mix together mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice. Pour over salad and mix thoroughly.
