4 oz.  small elbow macaroni, uncooked
1        Cooking spray
1 lb    freshly ground turkey breast
1        14-1/2 oz can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1        8-3/4 oz can no-salt-added whole-kernel corn, undrained
1        1.25 oz package 40 percent less-sodium taco seasoning mix


1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. While pasta cooks, coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot.

2. Add turkey; cook, stirring constantly, until turkey crumbles. Stir in drained pasta, tomatoes, corn and taco seasoning; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
