Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds red snapper filets, cut into serving sizes
freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
3 tablespoons oil
nutmeg
Instructions
1) Combine pepper, orange juice, rind and oil. Place fish pieces in a single layer in an oiled pan, and pour sauce on top of fish. Sprinkle with nutmet, and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
