Ingredients

2 cups diced unpeeled apples
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins, or seedless grapes, halved
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup creamy cheese spread

Instructions

1) Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Serve on salad greens.
