Develop the fundamentals of connecting breath to yoga postures, learn techniques to release tension and improve strength and flexibility. Prior experience not required.
Yoga classes are offered via Zoom in September. ID and PASSWORDS will be emailed prior to start of class.
Class equipment needed: Yoga blocks or thick books, blanket/towel/mat, and a yoga strap/belt/bathrobe tie
