Welcome Lynne Edebohls, APNP - Family Nurse Practitioner

Fort Medical Group and Fort HealthCare Cambridge Clinic are pleased to welcome Lynne Edebohls, Family Nurse Practitioner,  to its team of providers. She joins Stephanie Nottestad, MD and Thomas Nordland, MD, as they care for patients in the area.

Lynne received her Master’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin Madison.

Lynne has additional knowledge and training in the care of patients with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and upper respiratory conditions.  She believes that the best care, along with educating patients about a disease process, helps them to self-manage conditions. Lynne considers this to be essential to lasting changes for better health outcomes. Lynne specializes in caring for children and families. “My goals as a nurse practitioner are to help patients and communities find ways to improve and maintain their health in order to live their lives to their full potential”.  Lynne enjoys helping patients take part and remain active with things they enjoy and that matter most to them.

The staff and physicians at Cambridge Clinic work to help the entire family achieve total health through prevention, education and, if needed, medical intervention.
