The following is a list of support groups in the area for various concerns.

This is NOT a comprehensive list. We are always adding to it as we are notified of additional resources.

Fort HealthCare Support Groups

Breastfeeding Support Group
To help mothers learn and establish good breastfeeding practices and to be surrounded by other women in a similar situation. Gatherings take place the last Group meets on the last Thursday of each month – babies are welcome!
Fort Memorial Hospital – OB Classroom (Mezannine level)
From 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (registration is not required)

Diabetes Support Group
For adults who have been touched by diabetes or pre-diabetes. Loved ones are also welcome to attend.
Group meets on the Second Wednesday of each month.
Fort Memorial Hospital – Classroom A
From 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. (registration is not required)

Alcoholics Anonymous
Group meets every Wednesday.
Fort Memorial Hospital
Second Floor Meeting Room (use any elevator other than the one in the main lobby of the hospital)

6-Week Honoring Grief Group
Meets every Monday in the fall and winter.
Rainbow Hospice Care Inpatient Center – Community Room
1225 Remmel Drive, Johnson Creek
From 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Monday Morning Joe (grief support)
Meets every Monday (except holidays).

Project Maria
A local non-profit organization that helps those with eating disorders, offering support group sessions for caregivers and free monthly body positive yoga sessions. Learn more here.
